Prepare Process

With the courses of this semester, we can report the plan to the teacher and classmates in every class, and then integrate and improve the opinions between the teacher and the team members after class.

Our team members are very centripetal, actively participate, put forward their opinions and use their imagination, and work together to complete the project. Make use of the knowledge learned in the classroom, and the instructor also put forward different opinions in each class, clearly telling us what needs to be modified, so that everyone can understand the basics of corporate management decision-making in the process of researching and drafting the plan. Thoughts and processes, understand the importance of teamwork in a company’s business process and learn about the company’s corporate management decision-making content such as strategic planning, fundraising, marketing, product development, production organization, equipment investment, financial analysis, and management, etc. The operation process of the aspect exercises the ability to discover, analyze and solve problems.
